We are an all female, youth-led non-profit based in Tennessee, dedicated to empowering girls and women through health education, access, advocacy. We formed She Deserves Health to fight for what we all should have had from the start: access to care, honest education, and the right to be heard. We want to create a world where every girl and woman knows her body owns her health and receives the care she deserves whether it's through care kits, education outreach, or policy-driven action.

Too many girls and young women grow up without access to the health care, education, or resources they need to feel safe in their own bodies. Girls who stay home from school because they can’t afford period products. Girls who are told their pain is "just part of being a woman." Girls who struggle silently with anxiety, depression, or body shame and are never given the words or support to name it. When girls don’t have access to care, information, or basic dignity, their futures shrink. Health is not a luxury. It’s her right. That’s why we’re here.
